Paula received a Bachelors of Science degree in business from Rider University, New Jersey in 1986, and has since worked in the healthcare insurance industry in management positions. As the office manager for the Dr. Bentz’ cosmetic dentist practice in Boulder, Colorado, Paula prides herself in her thorough, organized, and informative communication skills. I recently moved to Colorado with my husband Mike and our three daughters. I have been in the field of dentistry for over 20 years. I studied Dental Hygiene in Michigan, and have lived in Florida, Chicago, and Michigan. I enjoy the challenge of delivering quality, gentle, meticulous dental care to all types of people! I love meeting new people everyday, helping them become healthier, and getting to know them through the years.

Tara Smith has been in the dental field for over 8 years and has also attained an associates degree and license in Esthetics. Both areas of her career have motivated her to assist in her patients looking their best. Tara has worked with Dr. Michael Bentz since 2004 and has had the privilege of assisting him in creating beautiful smiles for both the young and old. A native to beautiful Colorado Tara, along with her son Micah enjoy traveling, camping, snowboarding, and watching their favorite team The Denver Broncos.
